IMPORTANT: STIC needs to be enabled in iMessage.
To enable:
1. From iMessage, tap the App Store for iMessage icon
2. Tap All Apps (the four circles in the bottom-left)
3. Tap Store
4. Tap the Manage tab
5. Make sure the STIC slider is enabled (green)
